Photo Policy
The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Children Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 10 per night for children’s cots/cribs.All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.All further older children or adults are charged AUD 15 per night for extra beds.The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Hotel Extra Charges Policy
AUD 8.18 tax per room is excluded from the rate.
Hotel Parking Policy
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pre Pay Policy
Your credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation. The hotel will charge you directly for room and tax. The hotel reserves the right to authorize your credit card prior to check-in.If you don’t check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and may charge you a penalty. A damage deposit of AUD 200 may be required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card/cash. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card/cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Hotel Preauthorize Policy
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Bank card surcharges applies for all payments regardless of type of card. Percentage will be based on total amount. Some of the card examples are below:

Mastercard Debit – 1.15%
Mastercard Credit – 1.15%
Eftpos Debit – 1.15%
Please note that card surcharges will apply to all virtual card payments as well.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to 2 pm on arrival date to avoid a 100% cancellation charge. Christmas, Easter and public holidays – cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival date.
